Passionate About Helping Others

Hi, I'm Kelly the owner and founder of Pure Health Integrative Practice.

Living in Winslow, Victoria, I am a dedicated mother of two with a deep passion for health, healing and helping others feel their best. Before having children, I successfully ran my own Personal Training business, helping people achieve their fitness goals and feel their best. My journey in wellness led me to complete a Bachelor's Degree in Herbal Medicine, a field that has been an integral part of my life for over a decade. I am committed to supporting others on their path to better health, empowering them to feel confident and thrive.

I focus on understanding the root cause of health issues, we dive deep into your health history, current symptoms and health goals, to create a personalised treatment plan and script, utilising evidence based herbal medicine, nutraceuticals, dietary advice and lifestyle recommendations.

Whilst supporting all aspects of health, areas of interest include:

-Gut health

-Cardiovascular health & Cardiometabolic Health

-Autoimmune conditions

I take the time to truly listen to you, because I care. I am here to support you every step of the way.

Everything else and inbetween

Comprehensive, individualised care is provided for a broad range of health concerns.

In 2026, I completed a 10 month clinical mentorship program with Rhiannon Hardingham Reproductive Health Clinic, recipient of Clinic of the Year 2025. This training has enhanced my clinical understanding of male and female reproductive health, including male factor fertility, postpartum care, polyendocrine metabolic ovary syndrome (PMOS), premenstrual dysphoric disorder (PMDD), endometriosis, adenomyosis, perimenopause, menopause, and preconception care, as well as associated multisystem influences.

Management is grounded in evidence based herbal medicine, nutritional medicine, dietary modification, and lifestyle interventions. The clinical focus is on identifying and addressing underlying contributing factors, supporting physiological function, and working collaboratively to optimise patient outcomes across the reproductive lifespan.
